Withdrawing from DASD?

If you will be moving out of the district over the summer, or if you will be transferring your student to a private school and they will not be attending a DASD school next fall, please email Tami Byerly, in the MC6 Counseling office at tbyerly@dasd.org, with the information. You will be sent a withdrawal form to complete and return. Once the completed form is received, your student’s records will be sent to the new school.
