Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center is a 21st century school. We are on the cutting edge of technology but yet are still focused on proven traditional means of educating our students. We feel strongly that integrating the arts and creative thinking into our educational program helps to contribute to creating a well-rounded student that will succeed academically and socially. Bullying & Cyberbullying

The Board is committed to providing a safe, positive learning environment for district students. The Board recognizes that bullying creates an atmosphere of fear and intimidation, detracts from the safe environment necessary for student learning, and may lead to more serious violence. Therefore, the Board prohibits bullying by district students.

Educational & Family Trips

Persons in parental relation may request that their child be excused from school attendance to participate in an educational trip not sponsored by the school district. Since regular class attendance is a critical component of a student’s education program, the educational benefits of the trip should outweigh the negative impact of the disruption of the student’s educational program.
